I am a mom of twins and I understand that life happens and there are situations where your last consideration is your salon appointment. My salon policies are meant to be fair and equitable and I may apply discretion.
CANCELLATIONS - I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please respect my time. It helps me have time to rebook that opening. If you fail to give notice less than 24 hours before appointment, You will be charged 50% of missed appointment as a rebooking fee to reschedule.
NO SHOWS - No shows are very disrespectful of my time. You will be charged 100% of missed appointment as a rebooking fee to reschedule.
LATE POLICY - If you are running over 15 minutes late please text me, I will do everything I can to accommodate you, but you may be required to reschedule your appointment and subject to a no show fee.
REFUNDS - I will always do my best to achieve your hair goals at every service. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your service I require you to notify me within 7 days of your service and I will take reasonable measures to correct the dissatisfaction.
MY PERSONAL POLICY - If I have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will give you 24 hours notice as well and I will never no show you.
I do not accept checks.
